How can I get a email / text copy of SiteMail?Printable

RedwoodSoccer provides 'Notices' to impacted individuals when some data elements are changed. These 'Notices' appear when you Logon to www.redwoodsoccer.org. For example:

  • A 'Notice' is generated to the Away Team Primary Contact when a Match Time, Date or Field is changed within -23 days of the scheduled Match Date.
  • A 'Notice' is generated to the Referees when a Match is cancelled.
  • A 'Notice' is generated by a Referee and sent to an Assignor when they request a specific Match.

Philosophy behind Notices

Surprisingly, about 5% of all emails are not successfully read by the recipient. Errors occur on both ends and during transmission. Misspelled email addresses, SPAM filters, corporate firewalls, mass deletions all contribute to email being an often unreliable means of communication.

Notices

When you log on, your Notices will be displayed. You can delete them by clicking on the delete symbol. You can visit UserServices:Notices to see your Notices at any time. Notices will automatically delete when no longer relevant. You can use the Shortcut along the top of your screen to see your Notices.
